Thoughts come and go all the time, and you can’t control when a thought enters your head but you can control what you do with them!
Talking Points:
- Tip #1: Don’t overthink it. You have over 6,000 thoughts a day and you won’t know why you have them.
- Tip #2: Just kick it out! Any time a weird thought comes into your head, you have to just say to yourself “that’s a silly thought!” And then kick it out!
- Tip #3: Talk to someone. Go to your parents or teacher and say, “I have really been struggling with this thought lately, can you help me figure it out?”
