Forgiveness means you let go of the yucky feelings you have toward someone and replace them with happy thoughts.

- 3 Steps to help you forgive:
- Step #1: Relax and calm down. Take a deep breath and walk away so you can think clearly.
- Step #2: Let it go. You can’t change what happened and mean words or actions aren’t going to change anything.
- Step #3: Forgive! Replace the negative feelings and remember all the things you love about the person that made you mad. Say the words, “I forgive you” and then act like it!
