My grandpa always said, "Make a decision and make it work!"
Talking Points:
- Life is full of decisions. For the day to day stuff, remember the five seconds rule. If you don’t make a decision within 5 seconds, you’ll start to loose control. For example, if you wait more than 5 seconds to get out of bed, you’ll be back to sleep in no time!
- For the bigger life decisions: identify your options, make a pros and cons list, ask trusted friends and adults for advice, and then make a decision.
- Once you make a decision go “all in” and don’t look back with regret or doubt. You made the decision, now make it work.
