Resolving conflict is just a fancy term for saying you solved a fight.
Talking Points:
- Step #1: Stay calm. Take a deep breath.
- Step #2: Use kind words. Don’t be mean to the other person or else they won’t want to talk to you.
- Step #3: Listen. One person should talk at a time and make sure everyone has a chance to share.
- Step #4: Compromise. That’s just a big word for meaning find a way for everyone to win. You might give up something you want but so will the other person.
